Add a New PCIT User

To add a new PCIT user, complete the following steps:

 

1.Select the Add New User link.
RESULT:  A blank User Details page appears.

 

2.Complete all required fields as follows:
a)Enter the new member's first, middle initial, and last name.
b)Create or generate a Unique PIN.  If you create the PIN yourself, PCIT will display an error message if the number is not unique.  If you click the Generate PIN button, PCIT will generate an 8 alphanumeric characters and unique number for you.
c)Select Active or Inactive as appropriate in the User Status field.

 

3.Assign roles and locations to the new user by clicking the Update button as appropriate.

 

4.Click the Save button on the User Details page.  To abandon changes click the Cancel button.

 

5.After creating the new member account, please provide the Unique PIN to the new member.
