Applicable Fees

Fees that are added under the Applicable Fees field will be displayed in a drop-down titled "Certificate Fees" on any page where State/County Duty Stations charge fees.  Only one fee can be selected per certificate.

Fees that are added under the USDA Administrative Fees field will be charged to State/County Duty Stations that issue Federal Certificates within PCIT.

Fees that are added under the CA Administrative Fees field will be charges to all certificates issued by a California County Duty Station.

Fee Name:  The text that will be displayed in the "Certificate Fees" drop-down.  If a fee is currently being used in PCIT for your duty station, the fee name will not be editable.  To correct a Fee Name of a current fee, set the corresponding 'Update Fee' to 0.00.  Then enter the corrected fee name and corresponding fee amount in one of the empty text box rows.  The corrected fee will display when the Update Effective Date occurs.
Current Fee:  Fees currently used in PCIT for your duty station are displayed here.
Update Fee:  Enter a fee here when adding a new fee or updating a fee.  To delete a fee, set the updated fee to 0.00.  The fee will be removed when the Updated Effective Date occurs.
