You can view application data to address the applicant's call for help to locate where an application may have been submitted or reassigned and the current status.
To view the application data, complete the following steps:
1. | Select the PCIT Administration link from the left menu.
RESULT: The PCIT Administration page appears. |
2. | Select Mange Organizations from the Select Reference Data Function drop-down list.
RESULT: The PCIT Administration - Manage Organizations page appears. |
3. | Select Application Data Viewer from the Select A Function drop-down list.
RESULT: The Application Data Viewer page appears. |
4. | Enter a full or partial Organization Name or Org ID and Date Range to search an application. You may also search by Tracking Number. |
5. | Click the Search button. Click the Clear button to clear the search fields as needed.
RESULT: A list of results based on your search criteria displays in the table. The table includes the Tracking Number, Applicant Name (Org ID), Date Created, and Status. |
NOTE: Any search will return a maximum of 1000 records.
NOTE: You can click the Show All button to expand the list or click the Collapse button to shorten the list.
6. | Click the corresponding Details button to display the details of the application.
RESULT: The Application Details page displays the Tracking Number, Certificate Number, Applicant Name, Date Created, Status, and Processing Duty Station. |
7. | The Update Status to field is available for voided or canceled applications. Voided applications can be updated to Issued or Printed. Canceled applications can be updated to Issued-Pending. |
8. | To generate a PDF copy of the application, click the Generate Application PDF button.
RESULT: A new window opens and the application displays in portable document format (PDF). |
9. | To generate a draft of the certificate, click the Generate Certificate Draft button.
RESULT: A new browser window opens and the draft certificate is displayed in portable document format (PDF). |
