Certificate Adjustment Page Overview

State/County ACOs enter the Certificate Adjustment page during the application process.  ACOs can make any necessary adjustments to the certificate.

If the State/County has opted in to collect fee for Federal and/or State certificates, the Certificate Payment page with fees and rates will display.

a) If the State/County has rates and fees, the Change State/County Fees button appears.

b)  If the State/County has fees only, a drop-down with the fees will appear.

If the State/County has opted out to collect fees, the current Enter State/County Information button will display.
