Certificate Number

Certificate Number, formerly FPC number, is the identification number for a phytosanitary certificate.

When generated in PCIT, the format is most commonly in the form of F-X-XXXXX-XXXXXXXX-X-N.

F-S is State Issued.

F-F is Federal Issued.

F-C is County Issued.

If the certificate number ends in -A, then it is a Nursery Certificate.

If the certificate number ends in -B, then it is an Applicant Print.
