Combine Certificates

Applicants can initiate a combine, but just for their certificates (where the applicant owns the certificate).  The ACO/ACO Admin Support will finalize the combined certificate.

NOTE:  Phytosanitary Certificates with multiple units or package descriptions are not eligible for the combine process.

ACO/ACO Admin Support users can combine certificates from different applicants.  This enables an applicant to request a combine of certificates that are initiated by brokers working on the applicant’s behalf.  In this case the applicant would need to request the combine outside of PCIT, then the ACO/ACO Admin Support would perform the combine.
