Country List

Some countries have requested emails with Phytosanitary Certificate attachments for certificates issued and voided for their country.

 

To update email information for a Country, use the following steps.

 

1. Select the PCIT Administration link from the left menu.

   RESULT: The PCIT Administration page appears.

 

2. Select Manage Reference Data from the Select Reference Data Function drop-down list.

   RESULT: The PCIT Administration – Reference Data page appears.

 

3. Select Countries from the Select A Function drop-down list.

   RESULT: The Country List page appears.

 

4. Click the Edit button of the Country to be updated.

   RESULT: The Country Details page appears.

 

5. To enable emails to the country:

•Enter/update the Country’s official NPPO email address
•Ensure email is active
•Click the Save button.:

   RESULT: The Country List page appears.
