The creation and processing of state phytosanitary certificates mirrors the Federal processes. To create a State Issued Phytosanitary Certificate, complete the following steps:
1. | Under the Create Application link, click the Without Template link. You must specify the kind of certificate you will be applying for. |
2. | Under the Application Step by Step link, select Certificate Type.
RESULT: The Select Your Certificate Type page appears. |
3. | Select the appropriate State Certificate option and click the Next button.
RESULT: The General Application Information of the Application Step by Step appears. |
NOTE: Only the State duty stations of the selected State will be listed.
4. | Enter application information in any order by selecting the links at the left of the screen; for example, you can enter commodity information then general information. |
NOTE: From this step forward, the Creating and Submitting Applications process is the same for all types of certificates.
