Create USDA login.gov IDs

Each new PCIT member must create a USDA eAuthentication ID.

1.	Connect to the PCIT Log In page using the Web address: http://pcit.aphis.usda.gov/pcit/.

2.	Click the Log in button. RESULT: The eAuthentication Login page displays.

3.	Click the Create Account link in the blue banner toward the top left of the screen.

4.	Select the Customer radio button. Click Continue to Login.gov.

5.	Enter your email address.

NOTE: You will receive the confirmation email. You must use the link that provided in the email to activate this account before you can connect to PCIT.

6. Enter your password and click Continue.

7. Login.gov required you to select two layers of security by selecting a multi-factor authentication method.

8. Click Yes for Continue Link with Login.gov, if you are using the same eAuth email address in step 5.

9. If you don't have an eAuth account, click Continue with out linking to an existing eAuth account.
