Duty Station Certificate Data Report

The Duty Station Certificate Data Report generates a Excel file containing details of certificates with a specified issued date range.

 

1.Select the View Reports link from the left side of the screen.
RESULT:  The View Reports page appears.

 

2.On the View Reports page, under Other Reports, select Duty Station Certificate Data.
RESULT:  The Duty Station Certificate Data Report page appears.

 

3.Select the Duty Station Type (All, Federal, or State) from the drop-down list, and optionally select the Location from the drop-down list.

 

4.Click the Search button to view a list of selectable duty stations.  Duty stations listed in red italics are currently inactive.  From the resulting list, select each duty station to include in the report.

 

5.Enter the range of dates the report should span in the Issued Date Range field.  You can click the calendar to select the appropriate date.

 

6.Click the Generate Report button.
RESULT:  A new screen appears with the document displayed.  Refer to the sample below (this does not include the additional columns that can be viewed by scrolling):
