Duty Station Certificates by Applicant Report

The Duty Station Certificates by Applicant Report displays a list of duty station certificates for a selected applicant.

 

1.Select the View Reports link from the left side of the screen.
RESULT:  The View Reports page appears.

 

2.On the View Reports page, under Certificate Reports, select Duty Station Certificates by Applicant.
RESULT:  The Duty Station Certificates by Applicant Report page appears.

 

3.Select the Duty Station Type (All, State, Federal, or County) and the Location from the drop-down lists and click the Search button.
RESULT:  The search results are displayed in the table.

 

NOTE:  You can click the Show All button to expand each table list or click the Collapse button to shorten the table.

 

4.Select Duty Station(s) by checking the corresponding check box, or click Select All.

 

5.Select the Certificate Status (All, Issued, Issued-Pending, Printed, Replaced, or Void) and enter the Issued Date Range the report should span, then click the Next button.
RESULT:  The Duty Station Certificates by Applicant Report Format page appears.

 

6.Select the Report Type (Summary or Detailed) and the Report Output (Excel, HTML, or PDF) and click the Next button.
RESULT:  The Duty Station Certificates by Applicant Report Summary page appears.

 

7.Click the Generate Report button.
RESULT:  A new screen appears with the report displayed.  Refer to the sample below:
