Facility Type

To add, update or remove a facility type in the PCIT, complete the following steps:

 

 

1.Select the PCIT Administration link from the left menu.
RESULT:  The PCIT Administration page appears.
2.Select Manage Reference Data from the Select Reference Data Function drop-down list.
RESULT:  The PCIT Administration - Reference Data page appears.
3.Select Facility Types from the Select A Function drop-down list.
RESULT:  The Manage Facility Type List page appears.

4. To add a new facility type, enter its name and check the data elements that will be required for the type. You can optionally add a custom data element. If a custom data element name is entered, it will be required when adding a facility.

5. Select, which data is viewable to industry users.Click Save.

   RESULT: The new facility type will be displayed in the List of Facility Types table.

4.To edit an existing facility type, click its corresponding 'Edit' button.
5.To delete an existing facility type, click it's corresponding checkbox  and click "Delete" button.
6.Click Back to return to PCIT Administration - Reference Data menu.
