*The administrative fee is applicable for every certificate issued by State/County cooperators.  The only exception is when the replacement is because of a mistake by the ACO.

Commercial Shipment (value of $1250.00 or more):  $106

Non-Commercial Shipment (value of less than $1250.00):  $61

Replacing Any Certificate (Commercial or Non-Commercial):  $15

Non-Animal Letterhead:  $51 

NOTE:  Certificates issued by Federal (PPQ) on overtime are subject to both the overtime fees and the associated certificate fee.

NOTE: The effective dates for Fiscal Year 2011 are from October 1, 2012 - September 30, 2013.
