The Issued-Pending Report provides a summary of the number of unprocessed Issued-Pending certificates submitted by a duty station. This report is available to ECS and SRO users for oversight of certificate processing.
| 1. | Select the View Reports link from the left side of the screen. RESULT: The View Reports page appears. |
| 2. | On the View Reports page, under Certificate Reports, select Issued-Pending Certificate. RESULT: The Issued-Pending Report page appears. |
| 3. | Select the Region (All, Eastern, or Western) or the Duty Station from the drop-down list. RESULT: The Issued-Pending Report Format page appears. |
| 4. | Select the Report Type (Summary or Detailed) and the Report Output (EXCEL, HTML, or PDF) and click the Next button. RESULT: The Issued-Pending Report Summary page appears. |
| 5. | Click the Generate Report button. RESULT: A new screen appears with the report displayed. Refer to the sample below: |
