Manage Foreign NNC Recipients

Manage Foreign NNC Recipients is only available for Trade Viewer users. Countries that participate in electronic exchange to receive phytosanitary data electronically from the UN Hub, may also receive electronic notice of noncompliance data. A message that the US is sending electronic acknowledgements will display in the table when the country is receiving notices of noncompliance via the UN Hub.

To manage the recipients for automated notice of noncompliance emails, please follow the steps below.

1. Select the Manage Foreign NNC Recipients link from the left menu.

   RESULT:  The Manage Foreign NNC Recipients page appears with a List of Foreign NNC Recipients table.

2. Click the Edit button to update recipients for a country.

   RESULT: The Foreign NNC Recipients Details page appears.

3. To add a new recipient to the list, enter the email address and click Add button.

   RESULT: The email address is added and displayed to the List of Foreign NNC Recipients for that specific country.

4. To remove a recipient from the list, click it's corresponding Remove button.

   RESULT: The email address is removed from the List of Foreign NNC Recipients for that specific country.

5. To save all updates, click Save button.

   RESULT: The updates are saved and returned to Manage Foreign NNC Recipients page. The updates are displayed on List of Foreign NNC Recipients table.

6. To cancel the updates, click Cancel.

   RESULT: The Manage Foreign NNC Recipients page with out any updates.
