NNC/Held Shipment

To add, update or delete an incident reported due to held shipment or Notification of Non Compliance from a destination country, follow these steps:

1.Select the NNC/Held Shipment link from the left side of the screen.

       RESULT:  The NNC/Held Shipment Search page appears.

2.To find and update an incident, select an Issued or Interception date range, Final Disposition, Country and click the Search button.

       RESULT:  The incident(s) meeting the Search criteria are listed.

3.To view or edit an incident, click the corresponding View/Edit button.

       RESULT:  The NNC/Held Shipment Details page appears and displays the Incidents’ Details.

4.You may edit information in the details screen and click Save button.

       RESULT:  The NNC/Held Shipment Criteria page appears.

5.To add an incident, click the ‘Add New Incident’ button.

       RESULT:  The NNC/Held Shipment Details page appears.

Complete the required fields in the NNC/Held Shipment Details page and click save.

Note: All required fields must be entered in order to save the incident.

a.If the Certificate info is a PCIT Certificate, enter the tracking number and click Retrieve button, which will populate all the certificate details from the PCIT system. If it is Paper or No certificate then, enter the corresponding Certificate details.
b.If the Foreign Inspection Finding  ‘Pest Found’ is selected , then click on the Add button, Harmful Organism Tool appears to select the pests, which will be added to the table on clicking save on Harmful Organism Page. "Other category is removed from The NNC/Held Shipment Harmful Organisms Selection page."

       RESULT:  The NNC/Held Shipment Criteria page appears.

6.To remove an incident from the incident’s list/table, select the corresponding checkbox and click Delete Selected button.

       RESULT:  The incident will be deleted from the NNC/Held Shipment Criteria page Incident table.
