PExD Additional Declaration Import Tool Page Overview

The PExD Additional Declaration Import Tool page field descriptions are as follows:

Applicant Name

•Displays the company name which appears on the applications/certificates.

Applicant Funds in PCIT

•Displays the amount of funds currently available in PCIT for the applicant.

Destination Country

•Displays the country name of the phytosanitary destination.

Application Submission Date

•Displays the date the application was submitted.

Current Status

•Displays the application status.  To learn more about certificate statuses, refer to the Statuses topic.

 

Under the PExD Additional Declaration Import Tool section, you will see a list of commodities.

 

To search and import PExD for other commodities, click the View PExD button.
RESULT:  A new browser window displays the Phytosanitary Export Database (PExD) page.

Once you have completed your search and you want to return to PCIT, click the Close PExD button in the upper right corner.

 

To view the General Requirements for the country, click the View General Requirements button.
RESULT:  A new browser window displays the Phytosanitary Export Database (PExD) page.

Once you have completed your review and you want to return to PCIT, click the Close PExD button in the upper right corner.
