State/County Fee Administration Page Overview

On the State/County Fee Administration page you can enter additional fees or update existing fees as necessary.

 

If a specific fee or rate category has not been provided, enter the fee/rate name and corresponding fee/rate in the provided text boxes.

 

Fee/rate changes can only be made on a monthly basis.

 

The changes will be posted on the first day of the selected month.  The 'Update Effective Date' will be the same for both Fee and Rate changes.

 

To delete a fee/rate, enter the text 'N/A' in the Updated Fee/Rate field. The fee/rate will be removed when the 'Update Effective Date' occurs.
NOTE: PCIT can only collect fees associated with certificates.  Fees are collected when certificates are issued.

 

Headquarters has the option to view the State/County Fees for participating States and Counties by clicking the View Fees button on the Fee Collection Participation page.  For more information refer to View State/County Fees.

 

The State/County Fee Administration page field descriptions are as follows:

 

Applicable Fees: Indicates the Fee Name, Current Fee, and Updated Fee.

 

Applicable Rates: Indicates the Rate Name, Current Rate, and Updated Rate.

 

Include Postage/Handling Fee Option: Select this option if a postage/handling fee could be charged at your duty station.

 

USDA Administrative Fee: This fee applies only to Federal certificates issued.

 

Click the Save button to save your changes.
