The Treatment Results Report provides treatment information conducted during a user specified treatment date range. Users can specify a duty station(s), commodity (ies), infestation, and treatment type. The report will display tracking number, inspection date, duty station, commodity, infestation, treatment date, treatment type, chemical, concentration, temperature, duration and any additional treatment information. This report is available to all users.
| 1. | Select the View Reports link from the left side of the screen. RESULT: The View Reports page appears. |
| 2. | On the View Reports page, under Other Reports, select Treatment Results. RESULT: The Treatment Results Report page appears. |
| 3. | Select the Duty Station Type (All, State, Federal, and County) and Location from the drop-down lists. |
| 4. | Click the Search button to view a list of duty stations. RESULT: The search results are displayed in the table. |
| 5. | Select the appropriate duty station(s) check box, or click the Select All link. |
NOTE: You can click the Show All button to expand the table list or click the Collapse button to shorten the table.
| 6. | Select the appropriate duty station(s) check box, or click the Select All link. Or you can enter a single Tracking Number to narrow your results to a specific application. Click the Next button. RESULT: The Treatment Results Report page appears. |
| 7. | Enter the Treatment, Chemical, and Treatment Date Range. You can click the calendar to select the appropriate date. |
| 8. | Click the Next button. RESULT: The Treatment Results Report Format page appears. |
| 9. | Select the Report Type (Summary or Detailed) and the Report Output (EXCEL, HTML, or PDF) and click the Next button. RESULT: The Treatment Results Report Summary page appears. |
| 10. | Click the Generate Report button. RESULT: A new screen appears with the report displayed. Refer to the sample below (this does not include the additional columns that can be viewed by scrolling): |
