Update Attachments for Combined Certificates

1.On the Attachments Update all the attachments from the original certificates will show on the page with either a Remove or an Add button next to it.  The Remove button will remove the attachment from the new certificate’s attachments list, while the Add button will add the removed attachment back to the new certificate attachment list.

 

2.Once you have completed the Attachments Update, click the Next button.
RESULT:  The Application for Combined Federal Phytosanitary Certificate – Summary/Submit page appears.

 

3.The Application for Combined Federal Phytosanitary Certificate – Summary/Submit page displays the summary information for the new combined certificate including the original certificates numbers.  The Edit buttons will redirect you back to the corresponding Combine Step by Step pages.

 

NOTE:  Phytosanitary Certificates with multiple units or package descriptions are not eligible for the combine process.
