On the Application for Combined Federal Phytosanitary Certificate – Commodities Update page, each commodity item from the original certificates displays. Identical commodities with the same part and unit among several certificates will not be combined; instead each commodity will have its own line. You can modify the Quantity field to a lower value if needed.
| 1. | To update the commodity details for a specific commodity, click the corresponding Edit Details button.
RESULT: The Application for Combined Federal Phytosanitary Certificate – Commodity Details page appears. |
| 2. | Once you have updated the Commodity Details, click the Save button.
RESULT: The Application for Combined Federal Phytosanitary Certificate – Commodities Update page reappears. |
| 3. | Once you have updated the Commodity Details information, click the Next button.
RESULT: The Application for Combined Federal Phytosanitary Certificate – Attachments Update page appears. |
NOTE: Phytosanitary Certificates with multiple units or package descriptions are not eligible for the combine process.
