RESULT:  The Accreditation Status Messages page displays.

 

The Accreditation Status Messages page field descriptions are as follows:

Nomination Requests:  ACO nomination(s) that have been submitted for the users are listed.

Nomination Approvals:  Nomination requests for the users that have been approved are listed.  The candidates can now attend training.

The candidate receives a message in the Messages box on the Welcome page that their role has changed to ACO.  Headquarters users can also nominate a user.  A user nominated by a Headquarters user automatically becomes an ACO without requiring the steps normally taken in the nomination process.

Nomination Rejections: Nomination requests for the users that have been rejected are listed.

Initial Training/Reaccreditation Training Test Passed: The users that have passed the ACO test are listed. An ACO must be reaccredited every three years.  If the ACO fails to be reaccredited within this time, PCIT will automatically change the role to ACO Admin Support.

 

Initial Training/Reaccreditation Training Test Failed: The users that have failed the ACO test and their roles remain as ACO Admin Support are listed.

 

Reaccreditation Expired: The users that have not taken the reaccreditation training test within three years of their last training date are listed.  As a result, their user roles have been changed to ACO Admin Support on their accreditation expiration date.

 

HQ Updated Status:  A list of users that HQ has updated the roles to Authorized Certification Official.

 

 

You can delete Accreditation Status Messages by selecting messages and clicking the Delete Selected Messages button.  You can also delete all the messages by clicking the Delete All Messages button.
