View Inspection Data

To view inspection data received from Agricultural Risk Management (ARM), complete the following steps:

1. Select the View Incoming Certificate Data link at the left of the screen

   RESULT:  The View Incoming Certificate page displays.

2. Select the View Inspection Data link at the left of the screen.

   RESULT:  The View Inspection Data page displays.

3. Enter the search criteria to display a list of incoming inspection data by selecting the Date Range and Country of Origin.  You can check Action Taken to retrieve only those results that have an Action Taken.  Or you can search by Certificate Number.

   NOTE:  The Date Range criteria will apply to Inspection Date if there are Inspected Item records otherwise it will apply to either EAN Issued Date or Diagnostic Request Submit Date depending on which records exist.

4. Click Search.

   RESULT:  The inspection data meeting the Search criteria are listed in a table that displays the Event Date, Country of Origin, Action Taken, and Certificate Number.

5. From the resulting list, you may choose to view inspection data by clicking on the corresponding View button.

   RESULT:  The View Inspection Details page displays.
