The Commodity Requirements Report provides a list of Commodity Name, Part, and Country as selected.
| 1. | Select the View PExD Reports link from the left side of the screen.
RESULT: The View PExD Reports page appears. |
| 2. | On the View PExD Reports page, select the Commodity Requirements Report link.
RESULT: The Commodity Requirements Report page appears. |
| 3. | Search for a commodity by entering text in the Commodities box and click the Search button.
RESULT: Commodities that meet the search criteria appear below the search text. |
| 4. | Select the commodities to be included in the report by clicking the corresponding checkbox(es) you wish to add, or click the Select All link. You can select up to 10 commodities.
RESULT: The commodity(ies) are added to the Selected Commodities box. |
NOTE: To remove a selected commodity, uncheck the corresponding checkbox (the Clear All link is also available).
| 5. | In the Part box, select the name of the plant part that best describes the commodity, or click the Select All link. |
| 6. | Click the Next button.
RESULT: The Commodity Requirements Report Format page appears. |
| 7. | Select the Report Type (Summary) and the Report Output (HTML or PDF). |
| 8. | Click the Generate Report button.
RESULT: A new screen appears with the report displayed. |
