Export Service (ES) users can make mass deletions for country/commodity/part groupings.
To make a mass deletion, complete the following steps.
| 1. | Select the Mass Summary Updates link on the navigation bar.
RESULT: The Mass Summary Updates page displays. |
| 2. | In the Country Group/Country box, select the appropriate check boxes. This is an optional field. |
| 3. | In the Selected Countries box, select the appropriate check boxes. To remove a selected country, uncheck the corresponding checkbox. You can also click the Clear All link. This is a required field. |
| 4. | In the Commodity Search By field, select Genus Species, Genus Name or Family Name. Enter the commodity name and click the Search button.
RESULT: The commodity that meets the search criteria will appear below the search text. |
| 5. | In the Selected Commodities box, select the appropriate check boxes. To remove a selected commodity and/or selected commodity families, uncheck the corresponding checkbox. You can also click the Clear All link. This is a required field. |
| 6. | In the Part box, select the appropriate check boxes. You can also click the Clear All link. This is a required field.
Warning: Selected parts will include all conditions. |
| 7. | Click the Next button.
RESULT: The Mass Summary Updates Confirmation page displays a list of the selected countries, commodities, and parts. A message indicating the number of requirements matching the selected criteria also displays. |
| 8. | If you wish to delete those requirements, click the Delete Requirements button.
RESULT: The Deletion Confirmation page displays that you have successfully deleted the selected requirements. |
