Update Family Grouping

Family groups are used to create a Commodity Summary for multiple commodities.

To add, edit, or delete family grouping, complete the following steps:

 

1.Select the PExD Administration link from the left menu.
RESULT:  The PExD Administration page appears.

 

2.From the Select a PExD Administrative Function drop-down list, select Family Grouping.
RESULT:  The PExD Administration: Update Family Grouping page appears.

 

3.To add a family group, complete the following fields (required fields are indicated with a red asterisk):

a) Family Name:*  Enter the family name.

b) Commodity:  Enter the commodity and click the Search button.  Select the commodity(ies) of your choice, or click the Select All link. Then click the Add Selected button.
RESULT:  The commodity displays in the Selected Commodities box.

c) Selected Commodities:*  Select the commodity(ies) of your choice, or click the Select All link.  To remove a selected commodity, uncheck the corresponding checkbox.

 

4.To edit a family group, click the corresponding Edit button.
RESULT:  The current contact information displays under the Add/Edit Family Group section.  You can update the information as needed, then click the Save button.

 

5.To delete a family group, select the checkbox for the link you wish to delete or click the Select All link.  Click the Delete Selected button.

 

6.To save your changes, click the Save button.

 

7.To return to the PExD Administration page, click the Back button.
