Family groups are used to create a Commodity Summary for multiple commodities.
To add, edit, or delete family grouping, complete the following steps:
1. | Select the PExD Administration link from the left menu.
RESULT: The PExD Administration page appears. |
2. | From the Select a PExD Administrative Function drop-down list, select Family Grouping.
RESULT: The PExD Administration: Update Family Grouping page appears. |
3. | To add a family group, complete the following fields (required fields are indicated with a red asterisk): |
a) Family Name:* Enter the family name.
b) Commodity: Enter the commodity and click the Search button. Select the commodity(ies) of your choice, or click the Select All link. Then click the Add Selected button.
RESULT: The commodity displays in the Selected Commodities box.
c) Selected Commodities:* Select the commodity(ies) of your choice, or click the Select All link. To remove a selected commodity, uncheck the corresponding checkbox.
4. | To edit a family group, click the corresponding Edit button.
RESULT: The current contact information displays under the Add/Edit Family Group section. You can update the information as needed, then click the Save button. |
5. | To delete a family group, select the checkbox for the link you wish to delete or click the Select All link. Click the Delete Selected button. |
6. | To save your changes, click the Save button. |
7. | To return to the PExD Administration page, click the Back button. |
