Update Processed Products (PPQ Form 578)

To add, edit, or delete processed products (PPQ Form 578), complete the following steps:

 

1.Select the PExD Administration link from the left menu.
RESULT:  The PExD Administration page appears.

 

2.From the Select a PExD Administrative Function drop-down list, select Processed Products (PPQ Form 578).
RESULT:  The PExD Administration: Update Processed Products (PPQ Form 578) page appears.

 

3.To add a processed product, complete the following fields (required fields are indicated with a red asterisk):

a) Processed Product Name:*  Enter the processed product name.

b) Additional Information:  This is an optional field.  Free text field where you can add details regarding the processed product.

 

4.To edit an existing processed product, select the first letter of the commodity from the First Letter of Processed Product drop-down list (or select All).
RESULT:  All processed products beginning with that letter display in the table.
Then click the corresponding Edit button.
RESULT:  The current processed product information displays under the Add/Edit Processed Product section.  You can update the information as needed, then click the Save button.

 

5.To delete a processed product, select the checkbox for the link you wish to delete or click the Select All link.  Click the Delete Selected button.

 

6.To save your changes, click the Save button.

 

7.To return to the PExD Administration page, click the Back button.
