You can view Historical Data for a specified country, this includes commodity summaries based on the date they were published. Historical Data is viewable by all government users.
To view Historical Data, complete the following steps:
| 1. | Select the View Country Information link on the navigation bar.
RESULT: The View Country Information page displays. |
| 2. | Select the country you would like to view information on from the Country drop-down list. This is a required field.
RESULT: The View Country Information page reappears with types of information you can view. |
| 3. | Click the Historical Data link.
RESULT: The Historical Data page for the specified country displays. |
| 4. | In the Commodity Search By field, enter the commodity botanical name and click the Search button to find the historical data for your specified country. Click search tips on finding your specific commodity.
Note: You must enter at least three characters in the botanical name of the commodity you wish to find. |
| 5. | Then select the part for your commodity from the Part drop-down list. |
| 6. | After entering your commodity and part selection, click the Search for Historical Data button to see what historical data is available.
RESULT: The Historical Data Date and Commodity Origin display in the table at the bottom of the page. |
| 7. | Click the corresponding View button to view details.
RESULT: A separate window opens displaying the Commodity Summary Historical Data. |
