Manage Consignees

Creating a list of consignees allows anyone in your organization to select a consignee from a list when creating a certificate, eliminating the need to type the consignee information every time a new certificate using that consignee is created.  Your consignees are added to this list automatically, every time you create a new consignee. You may add, update, or delete consignees at any time.

To manage a consignee, complete the following steps:

1.Select the Manage Template Data link, then click the Manage Consignees link.
RESULT:  The Manage Consignees page appears and displays a table listing the Consignee Name/Business Name, Location, and Country.

 

2.To update a consignee, click the corresponding Update button.
RESULT: The Consignee Details page appears with the existing consignee information displayed.  Refer to the Consignee Details Page Overview topic for further details.

 

3.To delete a consignee, select the corresponding checkbox and click the Delete button.  You can also use the Select All link.
RESULT:  The list reappears with the deleted consignee removed.

 

4.To add a new consignee, click the Add Consignee button.
RESULT:  The Consignee Details page appears.  Refer to the Consignee Details Page Overview topic for further details.
