Add Members to an External Organization

1.To add members to an External Organization, select the  link in the upper right corner of the screen.
NOTE:  You must be the organization administrator to select Organization account information.
RESULT:  The Manage Account page appears.
2.Select Organization Account Information For: and click the Next button.
RESULT:  The Manage Organization Profile page appears.
3.Click the Add Member to Organization button.
RESULT:  The Add Member page appears.

NOTE:  PCIT is organization-based, in that all members of an organization have access to the same templates, exporters, consignees, and available funds to create and submit phytosanitary applications.

4.Complete the fields of the Add Member page.
a.  Enter the new member's first, middle initial, and last name.
b.  Create or generate a Unique PIN.  If you create the PIN yourself, PCIT will display an error message if the number is not unique.  If you click the Generate PIN button, PCIT will generate an 8-digit unique number for you.
c.  Select Yes or No if the new member will have Org. Admin Rights.
5.Click the Cancel button to abandon the addition of this new member and return to the previous page, or click the button to add the new member.

 

6.  After creating the new member account, please provide the Unique PIN to the new member.
