ACOs can access the ACO Accreditation Training through PCIT to the USDA AgLearn eLearning application. This training system communicates the test results back to PCIT.
To access training, complete the following steps:
1. | Select the eLearning link at the left of the screen.
RESULT: The eLearning page displays. |
2. | Select one of the links to open a new window to access USDA's AgLearn training system.
RESULT: Learners and Administrators will be automatically directed to their learning catalog or administrative screens based on the USDA eAuthentication credentials used to access PCIT. No additional login is required. |
3. | If you were added as a PCIT user after May 21, 2011, use External Registration to gain access to PCIT training. Registration is a two step process; first the learner completes the registration form, then the ECS reviews the registration and accepts the learner into the PCIT learning environment. You must have the name of your responsible ECS to initiate External Registration. |
NOTE: If you are an ECS learner and new to PCIT, please specify your responsible Export Trade Specialist (ETS).
PLEASE NOTE: If you Sign Out of AgLearn, you will be logged out of eAuthentication. If you process AgLearn again from PCIT after that, you will be required to login to eAuthentication.
4. | The following links are available from the eLearning page: |
Learning Center - Click the Learner Access link to access the AgLearn training system to complete online courses.
Administrator Center - Click the Administrator Access link to access AgLearn to use the Admin resources and tools to manage AgLearn learners within your purview and run reports.
Resource Center - Click the External Registration link to register for an AgLearn account.

e) | You can skip around within the test, you do not have to complete it in a sequential manner. |

g) | A score of 80% is a passing score. |
h) | You can print a certificate of completion when you pass the test. |
PCIT automatically notifies ACO users regarding their accreditation status. The following status updates are displayed under the Messages section of the Welcome page as appropriate:
a) "Your ACO accreditation will expire in 3 to 6 months. Click this link to access the ACO reaccreditation training."
b) "You are eligible for ACO reaccreditation. Click this link to access the ACO reaccreditation training."
c) "Your ACO accreditation expired on (specific date). You have been given a three month extension to complete the reaccreditation training and pass the test. You must complete the test by (specific date). Click this link to access the ACO reaccreditation training."
NOTE: The training message will display on the ACO's Message section until the assessment is passed or the ACO is demoted.
ACO and ACO Admin-Demoted users are automatically enrolled for the reaccreditation training course. This course will always be available to these users.
PCIT will also communicate to the training system when an extension for completing the test has been granted or denied. Only one three month extension is allowed. ECS or Headquarters users cannot grant a three month extension when the user was demoted due to three failed tests.
