Enter Treatment Information (ACO)

To add or update treatment details for an eligible application, complete the following steps:

1.	Locate the application to which you wish to add treatment information using the link in the Messages box on the Welcome page, by Accessing Applications via Workload.

2.	Click the Process button next to the desired application. RESULT: The Application Details page of the Application Step by Step pages appears.

3.	Select the Treatments link under Application Step by Step.

RESULT: The Treatments page appears with the List of Added Treatments table displayed. The List of Added Treatments includes a row for each of the application’s commodities. When a treatment is created it will display immediately underneath the associated commodity.

4.	To add a new treatment, complete the following steps:

a)	To create the same treatment for all application commodities, click the Create Treatment for All button.

To create a treatment for a specific application commodity, click its Create Treatment button.

RESULT: The Treatments Details page appears.

b)	Enter and select the details for the treatment. Treatment date, treatment type, temperature, duration, additional information and up to five chemical / concentration pairings can be added for a treatment.

Select a treatment template and click the Apply button. Note: To view the treatment template data before applying it, click the View/Edit button. The TreatmentTemplate Details page appears. Update the data as needed. Click Save to save the updates and return to the Treatments Details page or click Cancel to return to Treatments Details page.

RESULT: The treatment data displays as entered and selected.

c)	Optional: To save the treatment details as a treatment template, click the Save As Treatment Template button. Enter a treatment template name and click the Save button.

RESULT: The Treatments Details page appears.

d)	To save the treatment, click the Save button.

RESULT: The Treatments page appears with the newly added treatment displayed underneath the associated commodity.

5. To edit an existing treatment, complete the following steps:

a) Click the Edit button next to the treatment to update.

RESULT: The Treatments Details page appears with the treatment details displayed.

b) Update the data as needed.

RESULT: The treatment data displays as updated.

c) To save the treatment, click the Save button.

RESULT: The Treatments page appears with the updated treatment displayed.

6. To delete an existing treatment, complete the following steps:

a) Click on the box in the far right column next to the treatment to delete. Note: To mark all treatments for deletion, click the Select All link near the top of the far right column. To remove all selections, click the Clear All link.

RESULT: A checkmark appears in the box.

b) Optional: Repeat Step 6 to select all treatments to be deleted.

c) Click the Delete Selected button at the top of the far right column.

RESULT: The Treatments page refreshes with the deleted treatments removed.
