You can search for a commodity by common name and add it to your application by completing the following steps:
| 1. | Enter a common name in the Search By field and click the Search button. See the Search Tips topic for helpful hints.
RESULT: The commodity(s) meeting the search criteria display in the Common Name table. Any search will only return 1000 commodities max. |
NOTE: You can click the Show All button to expand the report list or click the Collapse button to shorten the list.
| 2. | To add a commodity to the application, click the corresponding Add button.
RESULT: The commodity displays in the Commodities Added table. |
| 3. | To delete the commodity, select the checkbox under the Delete Selected column as appropriate, and click the Delete Selected button to remove the selected commodities. You can also use the Select All link. |
| 4. | Click the Save button to store the commodity.
RESULT: The Product Details page appears and displays the commodity. |
