Sign In to PCIT

To sign in to PCIT, complete the following steps.

1.	Connect to PCIT using the Web address: https://pcit.aphis.usda.gov/pcit/. RESULT: The Log In page displays.

2.	Click the Log In button. RESULT: The USDA eAuthentication Login page appears.

3. Select Customer if you are an external user or select USDA Employee/Contractor if you are an internal user.

RESULT: The Customer Login page displays with two options.

NOTE: If you have an existing eAuth/login.gov account but have forgotten your password, click the Retrieve My Forgotten Password link. After 5 unsuccessful attempts to login, you will be unable to login to your eAuth account for 60 minutes. For any other assistance please contact the APHIS eAuthentication Help Desk at https://www.eauth.usda.gov/eauth/b/usda/helpdesk/requesthelp.

NOTE: You can login using Login eAuth until September 11th.

4. Select Login.gov option to enter user ID and password and click Sign in button.

RESULT: The Authentication page displays.

5. Enter the authentication details and click Submit button.

RESULT: The Welcome page appears.

6. After step3, select eAuth User ID option to enter your USDA eAuthentication Login user ID and password and click the Login button.
RESULT: You will be redirected to the PCIT Initial Registration page.

7. If you already have access to PCIT then you will be required to enter your Unique PIN and click the Join button.
RESULT: The Welcome page appears.

NOTE: This is a onetime requirement - when logging into PCIT after initial login, you will log in with only the USDA eAuthentication ID and password.

NOTE: If you have forgotten your Unique PIN, please contact your Organization Admin, or Internal users please contact your ECS or call the PCIT Help Desk.
