ACO Training Data

PCIT Admin users can view, add, or delete ACO Training Data by completing the following steps:

 

1.Select the ACO Training Data link from the left menu.
RESULT:  The ACO & ACO Nominee Search page appears.

 

2.Search by the ACO or ACO Nominee's Last Name and Duty Station or by the ACO ID Number.

 

NOTE:  Leaving the field blank will list all ACOs.  You can also use wildcards during your search.  Click the Clear button to clear the search fields as needed.

 

3.Enter your search criteria and click the Search button.
RESULT:  The ACOs or ACO Nominees meeting the search criteria display in the table.  The table includes the ACO ID Number, Name, and Accreditation Date.

 

NOTE:  You can click the Show All button to expand the ACO or ACO Nominees list or click the Collapse button to shorten the list.

 

4.Click the corresponding View button to view training details for a specific ACO or ACO Nominee.
RESULT:  The ACO Details page appears and displays the ACO Training, Dates, and Results.

 

5.On the ACO Details page, you can remove a training record by clicking the Delete button next to the training to be deleted.
RESULT:  A Delete Confirmation page appears, click the Yes button.

 

6.To add a test result, click the Add Test Results button.
RESULT:  The Add Test Results page appears and displays the Name and ACO ID Number.

 

7.Select the Training Type from the drop-down list as either Initial, Reaccreditation, Remedial 1 for Initial Certification, Remedial 2 for Initial Certification, Remedial 1 for Reaccreditation, and Remedial 2 for Reaccreditation.

 

8.Enter the Date of training.  You can use the calendar to select your date.

 

9.Select the Result from the drop-down list as either Passed or Failed.

 

10.Click the Save button to store the changes to your profile.
RESULT:  The ACO Details page reappears and your changes have been saved.
