The Application Details page field descriptions are as follows:
The items at the top of the Application Step by Step page include the following:
Tracking #
| • | Displays the application's tracking number. Tracking numbers are populated immediately when you enter the General page. This number can be used later for retrieval of the associated application while it is a work in progress or for monitoring the movement of the application, from submission through to certificate process. |
Certificate Type
Applicant Name
| • | Displays the company name which appears on the applications/certificates. |
Applicant Funds in PCIT
| • | Displays the amount of funds currently available in PCIT for the applicant. |
Destination Country
| • | Displays the country name of the phytosanitary destination. |
Application Submission Date
| • | Displays the date the application was submitted. |
View Application
| • | At any time during the application creation process, you may select the View Application tab in the upper right corner of the screen. A new PDF window appears with the certificate copy displayed. |
View Certificate Draft
| • | At any time during the application creation process, you may select the View Certificate Draft tab in the upper right corner of the screen to display a draft certificate prior to issuing the certificate. A new browser window opens and the draft certificate is displayed in portable document format (PDF). |
Close
| • | At any time during the application creation process, you may select the Close tab in the upper right corner of the screen to close the application. |
Current Status
| • | Displays the application status. |
| • | Click the Update Status button to change the status. To learn more about certificate statuses, refer to the Statuses topic. |
Assigned To
| • | Displays the name that the certificate is assigned to. |
| • | Click the Assign button to select the official to assign the application to. |
The items at the bottom of the Application Step by Step page include the following (click the blue topic titles for additional information):
Certificate Type
| • | Displays the Certificate Type. |
| • | Click the Edit button to change the certificate type.
RESULT: The Select Your Certificate Type page displays. |
General Information
| • | Displays the Applicant Name, Applicant Address, Exporter Name, Exporter Address, Consignee Name, Consignee Address, Destination Country, Requested Issuing Duty Station, Reference Information, Import Permit Number, and Comments. |
| • | Click the Edit button to update the General Information.
RESULT: The General page displays. |
Export & Shipping Details
| • | Displays the Shipment Value, Approximate Date For Departure From Port Of Export, Port Of Export, Declared Means Of Conveyance, Shipping Details, and Point Of Entry. |
| • | Click the Edit button to update the Export & Shipping Details.
RESULT: The Export & Shipping Details page displays. |
Commodities Overview
| • | Displays the Commodities Available For Inspection At, Commodities Available On, and Commodities Total. |
| • | A table also displays the Common Name, Botanical Name, Part, Quantity, and Unit. |
| • | Click the Edit button to update the Commodities.
RESULT: The Commodities Overview page displays. |
Attachments
| • | Displays the Attachments that have been added to the application. |
| • | Click the Edit button to update the Attachments.
RESULT: The Attachments page displays. |
ACO Notes
| • | Displays notes provided by the ACO. |
