Enter Inspection Information (ACO)

Before issuing a certificate, inspection results must be entered for each commodity in the application.  To add or update inspection details for an eligible application, complete the following steps:

 

1.Locate the application to be updated using the link in the Messages box on the Welcome page, by Accessing Applications via Workload.

 

2.Click the Process button next to the desired application.
RESULT:  The Application Details page of the Application Step by Step pages appears.

 

3.Select the Inspections link at the left side of the screen.
RESULT:  The Inspections page appears and you can complete the following tasks:

 

You can click the Create Inspection for All button to create the same inspection finding for all listed commodities.

 

You can click the Create Inspection button that is to the right of each listed commodity if you want to create a unique inspection for that commodity.

 

Once an inspection has been added, you can edit each individual inspection by clicking the Edit button.

 

Inspections can be removed by clicking the Delete Selected button.

 

4.To add inspection information, click the Create Inspection for All or the Create Inspection button.
RESULT:  The Inspection Details page appears.  This page is designed to accept general information about an inspection (for example, date and overall finding) as well as specific commodity/harmful organism finding information.

 

5.To edit individual inspections, click the corresponding Edit button.
RESULT:  Clicking the Edit button will open the Inspection Details page where you can make updates as needed.

 

6.To delete inspections, click the corresponding Delete button.
RESULT:  Clicking the Delete button will remove the inspection.
