Interagency Certificate Report

The Interagency Certificate Report provides details of the number of certificates and total fees for the following categories: No Charge, Non-commercial, Replacement, and Total Certificates.

 

Report details include the Certificate Number, Issue Date, Duty Station, and Status.

 

To view the Interagency Certificate Report, complete the following steps.

 

1.Select the View Reports link from the left side of the screen.
RESULT:  The View Reports page appears.

 

2.On the View Reports page, under Financial Reports, select Interagency Certificate.
RESULT:  The Interagency Certificate Report page appears.

 

3.Enter the Organization Name or Org ID. See the Search Tips topic for helpful hints.

 

4.Enter the Date Range.  You can click the calendar to select the appropriate date.

 

5.Click the Search button to view a list of organizations.
RESULT:  The search results are displayed in the table and include the Organization, Location, and Contact Name.

 

NOTE:  You can click the Show All button to expand each table list or click the Collapse button to shorten the table.

 

6.Click Select for the corresponding organization.
RESULT:  The Interagency Certificate Report Format page appears.

 

7.Select the Report Output (EXCEL, HTML, or PDF) and click the Next button.
RESULT:  The Interagency Certificate Report Summary page appears.

 

8.Click the Generate Report button.
RESULT:  A new screen appears with the report displayed.
