Authorizations apply to an entire organization. To manage authorizations, complete the following steps:
1. | Select the Manage Authorizations link from the left side of the screen.
RESULT: The Manage Authorizations page appears. |
2. | To find and update an organization, enter the name of the organization for review and click the Search button. You may also search by Org ID.
RESULT: The organization(s) meeting the Search criteria are listed. |
3. | To manage an authorization, click the corresponding Update button.
RESULT: The Authorization Details page appears and displays the Current Authorization Level(s). |
4. | You may select new authorizations to the organizations by using the Add button.
RESULT: The Authorization Level page appears. |
5. | Select the appropriate topic from the Authorization Level drop-down list. |
6. | To remove authorizations from the organization's list click the Delete button, or to edit select authorizations use the Update button. |
