Manage Authorizations

Authorizations apply to an entire organization.  To manage authorizations, complete the following steps:

1.Select the Manage Authorizations link from the left side of the screen.
RESULT:  The Manage Authorizations page appears.

 

2.To find and update an organization, enter the name of the organization for review and click the Search button.  You may also search by Org ID.
RESULT:  The organization(s) meeting the Search criteria are listed.

 

3.To manage an authorization, click the corresponding Update button.
RESULT:  The Authorization Details page appears and displays the Current Authorization Level(s).
4.You may select new authorizations to the organizations by using the Add button.
RESULT:  The Authorization Level page appears.
5.Select the appropriate topic from the Authorization Level drop-down list.
6.To remove authorizations from the organization's list click the Delete button, or to edit select authorizations use the Update button.
