PCIT Financial Administrators may:

•	Reduce applicant pre-purchase accounts.

•	Issue refund checks to the applicants.

NOTE: The same amount will be deducted from the applicant pre-purchase account through PCIT. The Debit Transaction Report will reflect this new entry.
