Refund Process

If you are an applicant and want to request a refund of money from the PCIT pre-purchase account, complete the following steps:

1.Access the Refund Request Form on the PCIT Support page by clicking the Help/Contact Us link, mousing over the Important Links topic in the blue title bar, and selecting the Refund Request Form.

NOTE: You can also click the link associated with "Refund Request Form" in step 1, or contact the PCIT Help Desk to obtain a copy of the Refund Request Form.

2.Complete the Refund Request Form by entering information directly into the PDF form.

NOTE:  Use the Pay.gov Confirmation Form to complete the appropriate section of the Refund Request Form.

3.Send the Refund Request Form along with the Pay.gov Confirmation Form (optional) to ppqexportservices@aphis.usda.gov .

NOTE: The form can be printed and scanned then attached to an e-mail.

4.You will receive a follow-up to your request.
