State and County Fee/Rate

After entering inspection and/or treatment results and issuing the certificate, the inspector may enter the mileage traveled to conduct the inspection as well as the hours spent on the inspection.  This data may be used to affect billing and the fee for the Certificate Number through a State or County’s internal billing system.

Authorized State and County users called State/County Financial Administrators, maintain the rate and fees that will apply for federal certificates issued by all duty stations within their purview.  If State certificates are being issued within PCIT, these rate and fee can also be applied.

The Enter State/County Information page enables the state/county inspector to select a fee type, enter level-of-effort information or other information designated by their State/County Financial Administrator user to determine certificate charges for their duty station.  The certificate charge will be calculated and displayed to the user.  Upon Issue Certificate & Charge Fee PCIT will redisplay the calculated fee and provide the user with an opportunity to correct it.
