Update a Certificate

1.From the Manage Applications page, click the Manage button next to the appropriate certificate.
RESULT:  The Manage Certificate page displays.

 

2.In the Process drop-down list select Update Certificate Fee, and then click the Select button.
RESULT:  The Update Certificate Fee page displays.

 

3.Enter the required information based on the following:
a)New Amount:  The new amount for the certificate fee.  Select the appropriate fee amount from the drop-down list.
b)Reason For The Change:  Free text field.

 

4.Click the Save button to save your entry.
RESULT:  The Update Confirmation page displays.

 

5.Click the Yes button to confirm the update
OR
Click the No button to cancel the update.
