1. | From the Manage Applications page, click the Manage button next to the appropriate certificate.
RESULT: The Manage Certificate page displays. |
2. | In the Process drop-down list select Update Certificate Fee, and then click the Select button.
RESULT: The Update Certificate Fee page displays. |
3. | Enter the required information based on the following: |
a) | New Amount: The new amount for the certificate fee. Select the appropriate fee amount from the drop-down list. |
b) | Reason For The Change: Free text field. |
4. | Click the Save button to save your entry.
RESULT: The Update Confirmation page displays. |
5. | Click the Yes button to confirm the update
OR
Click the No button to cancel the update. |
