To view incoming certificates, complete the following steps:
| 1. | Select the View Incoming Certificate Data link at the left of the screen.
RESULT: The View Incoming Certificates page displays. |
| 2. | Enter the search criteria to display a list of incoming certificates by selecting the Issued Date range and optionally Issuing Country, Status, and Certificate Number. You can check Action Taken to retrieve only those incoming certificates that have a matching certificate number in the inspection data received from Agricultural Risk Management (ARM) and where the inspection data includes an action taken. After searching, you can further refine your search results by selecting Point Of Entry. Or you can search by Certificate Number alone. |
| 3. | Click Search.
RESULT: The certificate(s) meeting the Search criteria are listed in a table that displays the Issuing Country, Certificate Number, Point Of Entry, Consignee, Status, Type, ARM Status, ARM Inspection, and Action Taken. |
| 4. | From the resulting list, you may choose to view a certificate by clicking on the corresponding View button.
RESULT: The Certificate Information page displays. |
| 5. | You can click the certificate number to view a representation of the Phytosanitary Certificate |
