Update Additional Declarations (ADs)

Additional Declarations include the template data to be used in the creation of the country's Commodity Summaries.

To add, edit, or delete an Additional Declaration, complete the following steps:

1.	Select the Update Country Information link from the menu at the left side of the screen.

2.	Select the country you would like to update information on.

3.	You can either select Country-Specific Data on the Update Country Information page or select the Country-Specific Data link from the menu at the left side of the screen. RESULT: The Country-Specific Data page appears.

4.	Click the Additional Declarations link. RESULT: The Update Additional Declarations page displays with the following two options:

Option 1: To add or update a standard Additional Declaration, click the Add/Update Standard ADs button. This option will allow you to create new or edit existing template ADs but not group them. Updates will cascade to all Commodity Summaries using the selected standard AD. Refer to the Add/Update Standard ADs topic for details.

Option 2: To add or update an Additional Declarations Group template, click the Add/Update AD Group Templates button. This option will allow you to create new or edit existing groupings. Updates will cascade to all Commodity Summaries using the selected group template. Refer to the Add/Update AD Group Templates topic for details.
